Yes. Film is a surface layer and can be taken off, though it is worth having a professional do it so the glass and any frames or seals are not damaged and adhesive residue is dealt with properly. If you are replacing older film or changing the look of a room, ask a Kepler dealer to quote for removal along with the new film.
