Anti-graffiti film is a removable surface layer fitted over glass and other smooth surfaces. Scratching, etching and marker pens land on that layer rather than on the glazing itself, so when the damage is confined to the film the panel underneath is usually left as it was. Restoring the look of the frontage then means taking off the marked film and applying a fresh layer, instead of arranging glass replacement. It is not a guarantee against every kind of damage, but for the surface vandalism most Taylor businesses deal with, it keeps the repair in the film.

It depends on how many panes are involved, how large and awkward they are, and what access the installer has on the day.
