Clean the glass with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, and avoid harsh or ammonia-based chemicals that can damage the film surface. New film also needs time to cure, so follow the advice your installer gives you about when to start rolling the windows down and cleaning the inside of the glass.
