Kepler lists 81% infrared rejection across the Kepler IR shades and up to 98% on IR+, while total solar energy rejection, which counts the whole spectrum reaching the glass, runs from 51% to 72% depending on the shade. Ultraviolet transmittance stays under 1% on both ranges, and the architectural films are listed at up to 85% heat rejection.
Kepler film carries a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in the film itself. On automotive film that covers faults such as bubbling, peeling and fading for the life of the vehicle; on architectural film it runs for ten years, to the original purchaser. You claim through the business that installed the film, and they take it up with Kepler.
